What is the Side®-Certified Assistant Program?
In response to the demand for remote support options, Side initiated a corporate-level partnership with ClearDesk, the go-to virtual support solution for Real Estate agents nationwide.
How will the Side®-Certified Assistant be different from others trained in the Side platform?
ClearDesk has built a Side-approved training program collaboratively with Side’s success team, ensuring the highest level of training detail and accuracy.
How will I get matched?
The matching process begins with an in-depth questionnaire and Onboarding Call with the ClearDesk team to discuss candidate criteria and requirements. With a deeper understanding of you and your business, the ClearDesk team recruits a Side®-Certified Assistant who has the skills, experience, and personality traits to meet your specific needs.
How do I sign up?
Currently, this is a first come, first serve limited-release program. Should we sell out of all of our available seats, you will be placed on a waitlist until the next round.
What makes Side®-Certified Assistant different?
Our assistants are Side Certified. We require all of our assistants to go through a thorough Side Platform training and pass multiple assessments to become Side®-Certified Assistants.
We do not require a long-term contract. We have to earn your business each month.
We have no hidden setup or admin fees. We value transparency in all aspects of our business.
We recruit the top 1% of remote talent. All of our Side®-Certified Assistants have four year college degrees.
We thoroughly vet each of our assistants. Our HR team carries out a 4 stage interview process, background checks, employment verifications, and skill assessments. We even do a DISC personality test to ensure they are a good fit for you.
We take your safety & security concerns seriously. We are happy to sign an NDA for any client that requests it.
We guarantee satisfaction. If you are not happy with your Side®-Certified Assistant, we will retrain or re-recruit completely for the role without charging you for the time it takes to find a replacement.

Will it take me a lot of time to onboard my Side®-Certified Assistant?
We train and prepare your Side®-Certified Assistant to begin working with you in order to save you valuable time. The investment of time on your part will involve sharing your business processes and showing them how you like tasks to be done, so that they can be done your way but not by you. All of our Side®-Certified Assistants complete training and certification before being matched with you.
Will the Side®-Certified Assistant be able to access my systems?
Yes, your Side®-Certified Assistant will have access to the Side platform and can gain access to any other systems you would like them to use.
What if I want to share my Side®-Certified Assistant with another agent in my office?
You may share your Side®-Certified Assistant with another agent, however, you must sign up under one payable for a full-time Side®-Certified Assistant. You will be responsible for coordinating how the assistant’s time and tasks will be divided.
Where are the Side®-Certified Assistants being hired from?
All Side®-Certified Assistant are based in The Philippines.
How much do Side®-Certified Assistants know about Real Estate?
All Side®-Certified Assistants have been trained in the principles of US real estate, so they have a practical understanding of real estate in addition to their Side training and certification.
Can you choose your Side®-Certified Assistant? What happens if you don't like your assistant?
The recruiting team presents you with one candidate they evaluate is the best fit for the role, but the final decision is always up to you. If you are not 100% satisfied with the candidate after reviewing their intro materials and meeting them live, we will re-recruit for the role and share another candidate's profile with you until you are ready to move forward.
Once onboarded, what resources do they have? Are they on their own?
Every Side®-Certified Assistant has a Success Manager, Team Lead, and Side Training Specialist that they have real-time access to for any questions. In addition, they are part of a 10-person team of other Side®-Certified Assistants with whom they can consult with for additional input, resources, and ideas.
Do they go through a DISC assessment?
Yes, every Side®-Certified Assistant takes a DISC personality assessment which we take into account during our matching process.
How much is a Side®-Certified Assistant?
We aim to provide first-class support at a competitive rate. Here’s how our fee breaks down:
Full-time Side®-Certified Assistant = $2,375 per month for up to 40 hours a week.
Do you pay month to month? Is there a time/period commitment?
It is a month-to-month commitment. Payment is charged once a month, on the anniversary of your first day of work with your Side®-Certified Assistant.
What if I want a refund?
ClearDesk will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction and will work with you to make the most out of your Side®-Certified Assistant relationship. Should you decide not to move forward with your Side®-Certified Assistant, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. No refunds will be given.
